Phoenixville Borough Council adopted a resolution to congratulate Katherine Doherty on her four years of service for the borough. Michelle Cinciripino and Nicholas Kraynak were reappointed to the Civil Service Commission. Kate Ward was appointed to the Zoning Hearing Board.
