Citadel Country Spirit USA, a three-day country music spectacular, is looking to be the Mid-Atlantic region’s foremost annual country music festival and it’s happening in Chester County. Friday, August 24th through August 26th the festival will take place at Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show Grounds.
