Hares Hill Bridge in East Pikeland Township to close for construction
On June 12th, the historic Hares Hill Bridge will close down for construction. The reconstruction project will help rehabilitate the bridge and make much needed improvements to it's structure. The Project will also dedicate a new historic landmark post.
The Project is slated to end in late august, and the road will remain closed until then. Being that nearly 5,000 travelers commute through the bridge a day, local traffic is set to be greatly impacted.
The road will be shut down and detoured between Camp Council Road and Irish Way. Motorists will be redirected to Route 113 and Route 23. Please plan accordingly.
