Filling Empty Bowls: A Lenten Concert
Interested in seeing a spiritual concert, while benefiting those in need? This Sunday, March 18th, St. Basil the Great church is hosting a Lenten concert. The parish choir is performing a full program of spiritual music, ranging from popular favorites to classical masterpieces. The event is for all ages and begins at 2pm. Admission is free, but the church is welcoming good will donations that benefit Phoenixville Area Community Services, or PACS. Since 1972, PACS has been helping underprivileged families in the Phoenixville area find resources for food security, financial stability, and better health. PACS also provides emergency assistance for essentials in times of need, such as heat, utilities, and housing. So, come on out to St. Basils for an afternoon of Choir music, that is bound to entertain while supporting a good and necessary cause.
