Paragon Framing & Art Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

A new business just opened up, and it’s looking to add to the culture and atmosphere of the Phoenixville community. On Friday, March 2nd, The Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for art studio Paragon, and co-owners Kenzie Hamblin and Randy Coshin are excited to join the already celebrated art community of Phoenixville, while hoping to create a space to let creative minds develop and flourish.
