Our Team

Jesse Sterge

Jesse hopped on the Voxipop train early, becoming one of the first interns on the project. Eventually, he gained momentum and started working part time assisting with more shooting and editing. Jesse then became a full time production assistant, which allows him to try out different things at the company while still taking opprtunities to be a storyteller. Outside of the office, you can probably find Jesse getting back to nature and exploring different parks, his favorite being Wissahickon Valley.

Mike Miller

Mike brings over 20 years of experience as a Director of Commercial Production in the Ad Agency world.  He’s produced for Clients all over the US and Canada including Independence Blue Cross, AARP, AIG, NFL Films, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Colonial Penn to name a few.  Mike joined PMG in 2013 as a Senior Producer.  When not working Mike enjoys being with his family, playing guitar in a band and of course, long walks on the beach.

Bruce MacLelland

After working 18 years in broadcast television, Bruce decided to start his own AV integration firm. 20 years later, Applied Video Technology, Inc, is one of the most respected AV companies in the country. Along the way, AVT spawned the Phoenix Media Group, a creative media content company and built The Kimberton Conference Center, a cool meeting venue. By surrounding himself with great talent, the year’s long idea of Voxipop finally took flight. In addition to working at a family oriented business, Bruce plays softball for the AVT Sons of Pitches, has coached baseball, softball and basketball for many years and currently enjoys his two grandchildren, Emily and Quinn.

Ian Bowman

Ian originally signed on as an AV installer for Applied Video Technology in Spring of 2016. After being there for a brief period of time he had the opportunity to switch roles and started doing production work for their production company, Phoenix Media Group. At PMG Ian wears many hats including production, post-production, and graphic design. When Voxipop took flight Ian was eager to hop on and become a part of the core team to make it a reality. Apart from work Ian is a diehard Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Bennett Warner

Bennett joined Applied Video Technology in July of 2012. Bennett works on a range of projects for AVT, PMG, and now Voxipop. As a jack of all trades, he builds, trains, and supports clients with TV studios and AV systems as well as production of awards shows and sports for live broadcast. For Voxipop, Bennett not only developed our website, but continues to be our 'go-to' guy for technical advice. Outside of work Bennett is kept pretty busy with classes at West Chester University but enjoys tinkering with electronics and seeing family and friends in his limited free time.

Steve Yurick

Steve’s worked 20+ years as a Producer and Project Manager for government and corporate clients, covering programs from Hurricane Katrina, to producing Marketing videos on Nanotechnology. In June 2015, Steve elected to jump into the world of AV System integration focusing on new business development, as well as managing AVT’s Media Content division. Ironically, as a teenager Steve worked for the local YMCA, and was responsible for transporting farm tractors in need of repair, to the very same building now known as Applied Video Technology, AVT. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two children and dog Jake, as well as coaching local youth sports.

Buffy MacLelland

She is a lifelong resident of Phoenixville and graduated from Phoenixville High School. She is very passionate and proud of her community where she has been involved in community organizations for years. Her kids are Ashley, Bruce, Jr. and Kyle and she is now thrilled to be called Nanny to her grandchildren Quinn and Emily. She is married to Bruce MacLelland, who is the President of Applied Video Technology, Inc. Buffy has her BA from the University of Delaware and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Kutztown University, and completed an MBA Certificate program at Penn State Great Valley. Buffy is the CFO at AVT and happy to be a member of the Voxipop team, AVT’s newest initiative!

Ashley Buettner

Despite studying government and law at Lafayette College, Ashley ended up in the Audio Visual and Video Production world over 10 years ago and is currently lending some of her marketing experience and skills to the Voxipop team. In addition to managing AVT’s sales team, Ashley loves sports and is trying to convince Drew, her husband and Cleveland native, to raise their son Quinn as a Philadelphia sports fan. As a lifelong Phoenixville resident she always gets asked by friends about what’s going on in town and she is extremely excited to be able to tell them they can know just as much as she does thanks to Voxipop!

Sean Henzie

Sean joined PMG as a camera operator to help produce community concerts, sporting events, and municipal meetings. After graduating from Temple University he moved back to Phoenixville and came on full time to provide technical support on a wide variety of video productions. Sean is sharing his years of experience with the Voxipop production team and ensuring our video productions are well crafted. When he is not behind a camera he spends his time on the water with his girlfriend and pup.
